  • Choux Gras Brasserie Culinaire : Like the great French brasseries of Montreal, the Choux Gras, located in the Fairmont hotel, is a unique culinary destination in the pedestrian village.   • Pizzatéria : The famous square thin-crust pizza of the Pizzatéria will satisfy your pizza craving with its thousand and one combinations and toppings. Also try their calzones, pasta dishes and meal salads. Pair your dish with one of their house cocktails. For intolerances, they also offer gluten-free pizza dough.

  • Ricochet Café & Terrace : A fun and practical option! Take a snack or beverage to go at Ricochet, located in the Fairmont hotel at the ski slopes level. Every Saturday and Sunday, their team will help give you energy before your next activity.

  • Chocolato : Known for their ice cream, Chocolato also offers chocolate fondues, sundaes and gelatos for every taste. Also try their famous Greek doughnuts and other decadent pastries.

  • La Fourchette du Diable : With a similar menu as the Grand Manitou, La Fourchette du Diable is located at the bottom of the slopes on the North side. Also enjoy its sunny terrace during a spring skiing day.
  • Le Refuge du Trappeur : Hidden between the slopes of the Versant Soleil, the Refuge du Trappeur is perfect for a hot chocolate break between two descents or to warm up with a good soup. Its rustic and warm style welcomes you every day during the winter season, and its superb terrace is not to be missed on sunny days.
