Mountain Biking Trails

A network of nearly 55 km of mountain biking trails are maintained around the mountain for cyclists of all levels and accessible for free. A mix of cross-country and enduro type trails, ability modules… all in the heart of nature. See the trail map

Biking Trails

A large network of biking trails is accessible around the mountain to all road and mountain biking lovers

Road Biking – Two bike paths are offered to cyclists from Tremblant. The paved multifunctional trail linking Tremblant Resort to the Village sector runs for 11.4 km and includes a 1.2 km loop. Perfect for biking and running trainings. For longer distances, Le P’tit Train du Nord linear park is accessible from the Village sector of the multifunctional trail. it is 230km long, which makes it the longest bike path in Canada.

Mountain Biking – The City of Mont-Tremblant and le Domaine Saint-Bernard offer a 55km network to mountain bikers. A mix of cross-country and enduro type trails, modules and riverside trails await  you.

Services

Regional IRONMAN Mont-Trembalnt Training Centre

Located directly at the Parc Plage on Lac Tremblant, this is the ideal place to find out more about your training possibilities! Positioned at the heart of IRONMAN’s 3 courses, the centre provides personalized service, as well as access to map courses and lake temperature information to get ready for your next race. The Regional IRONMAN Training Centre will be opened from June 4 to August 28, 2022 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is open to all no matter your level.

Running Clubs

Two running clubs are welcoming you for weekday training sessions. The Salomon Trail Running Club meets up at noon on Wednesdays and Fridays for a 4 to 8-km run in the trails. The Magasin de la Place Running Club has outings every Tuesday and Thursday, at noon, for a 3 to 6-km run. Outings are supervised by trainers who guide and give advice to participants. From the end of May to mid-October.

A third running club is offered by the Lululemon boutique every Wednesday nights at 6PM. The club meets every week in front of the store for road outings of 45 minutes, on a distance of 5-6 km. Every one is welcomed to join this free club, the more the merrier!

Yoga Classes

The Lululemon store also offers toga classes during the summer season. These 1h outdoor sessions are free and open to all, first come first serve. 3 dates are confirmed:

Bike Rental Centre and Repair Services

Rent a bike directly at the base of the mountain at Centre Aventure or at Chalet des Voyageurs and start from there to discover the many trails of the area or follow the multifunctional paved trail for a nice ride. For a tune-up or repairs, bring your bike at the bottom of the hill. Our professional technicians will get your bike ready for your next ride!

Triathlon Boutique (Accessories and Gear)

Magasin de la Place – Equipment, located on Place St-Bernard, welcomes you with accessories and gear for swimming, road biking and running… A triathlete’s paradise!

Spas and Health Services

A few spas services are offered in Tremblant. The Spa de Tremblant – Fairmont Tremblant and Amerispa Westin Resort & Spa Tremblant offer soothing treatments directly at the foot of the hill. A little further out, revitalize your body with the thermal effects of Scandinavian baths at Scandinave Spa Mont-Tremblant.

Mardi Bike

Every Tuesday night from June 21 to August 23, Vélo Mont-Tremblant invites you to mountain bike group rides, better known as Mardi Bike. Departure from the Felix-Calvé building in the old village (in front of Lac Mercier), come ride in the trails with your friends and family, and enjoy a BBQ and participation prizes during a festive après-bike! Members and non-members are welcome.

The Velo Mont-Tremblant club also organizes events all summer long for the whole family.

2022 Sporting Events

After 2 years of cancellation, many sporting events are coming back at the resort this summer!

Spartan Trifecta Weekend

June 17 to 19 — All weekend, test your resilience, strenght,, stamina, quick decision makeing skills, and ability to laugh in the face to adversity on unique Spartan Race obstacle course trails.

Ironman 5150

June 25 — The first of the IRONMAN triathlons series of the season! Athletes taking the start at the Beach and Tennis Club will travel the Olympic distance, which is 1.5km swimming, 40km biking and 10km running.

Ironman 70.3

June 26 — Athletes will enter the waters of Lac Tremblant from the Beach and Tennis Club to swim for 1.9 km, bike for 90 km and run for 21.1 km before reaching the finish line at the heart of the pedestrian village.

Traversée du lac Tremblant / UltraSwim

August 3 to 7 — Five distances, one swiming camp, 1000 swimmers, 170 kayakers, and one magnificent lake. Whatever you level is, there is a distance for you! The 5km and 12km individual distances have been selected as official distances of the North-American Championship for the Global Swim Series.

Demi-Marathon de Mont-Tremblant

August 16  — A running event for all skills and the while family. This event offers beautiful 5, 10 and 21.1 km courses and will please the beginner runner as well as the athlete looking for a challenge. A 1-km kids race is also part of the weekend program.

Ironman (full)

August 21 — The sporting event of a lifetime! Athletes will start at the Beach and Tennis Club to swim 3.8 km, bike 180 km and run 42.2 km before crossing the finish line at the heart of the pedestrian village.

La Classique Salomon Tremblant

October 22 —  La Classique Salomon Tremblant is back for an 8th edition! Discover the mountain this fall on one of our trail running courses of 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 or 30 km. Register now!

Good to know

Station Mont Tremblant share its passion for training with many different sports organisations in the area. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them for a unique training experience adapted to your capabilities.

Outdoors

Domaine St-Bernard offers walking and mountain biking trails, as does the Parc National de Mont-Tremblant. The P’tit Train du Nord linear park is the longest trail in Canada, extending 232 km.

Swimming

When the temperature is not ideal for a swim in the lake, the aquatic centre complexe aquatique Mont-Tremblant houses a semi-Olympic pool with eight swim lanes, two of which are open at all times.
