Created by the Tremblant Resort Association in collaboration with the employers of the resort, Tribu grew out of a shared vision: to join forces and showcase Tremblant not only as a destination to visit, but as an exceptional place to work, learn, grow and challenge yourself.
Why « Tribu »?
The name Tribu was chosen to reflect a sense of belonging, teamwork, inclusion and the strength of community. It also puts people at the heart of the experience and celebrates what each person brings to the community.
We work for different employers. We have different jobs. We each bring our own experiences, passions and ambitions. But we share the same place, a way of life and something that’s hard to explain until you’ve experienced it for yourself: the energy of Tremblant.
Because beyond the jobs and the employers, Tribu is first and foremost about the people who are part of it.

Our mission: showcasing the jobs… and the people behind them
Since the beginning, Tribu has focused on three main goals: raising awareness of the jobs and lifestyle Tremblant has to offer, attracting people who see themselves as part of this experience, and celebrating current employees as ambassadors for the destination.
In practice, that takes many forms: a job portal that brings together opportunities from across the destination, recruitment campaigns, a presence at recruitment events, as well as activities, contests, perks and a variety of initiatives created for the community.
Because attracting someone to Tremblant is one thing.
Making them want to become part of the Tribu and stay is another.
Work with a beat
At Tremblant, work is never far from the mountain, the village, nature and the changing seasons.
A workday can end on the slopes, on a trail or over a drink with coworkers who have become friends. A seasonal job can grow into a career. Coworkers from different employers can become your biking, skiing or hiking buddies.
