Lift Maintenance
Cable adjustments and repairs, load testing, replacement of major components, control system upgrades, and equipment refurbishments: all essential work to ensure a reliable, comfortable, and safe mountain experience throughout the season.
Behind every ski lift that takes you to the summit are hundreds of hours of work and preparation. In anticipation of the 2026/27 ski season at Tremblant, our teams are hard at work inspecting, maintaining, and improving the entire lift network.

Duncan Express Motor Reinstallation
Behind every ride up the mountain are hundreds of hours of hard work! This fall, our teams reinstalled the Duncan Express chairlift motor, an important step in preparing for the winter season.
Following a breakdown last winter, the motor had to be temporarily replaced before being sent back to the supplier for a complete refurbishment to restore its optimal performance.
From receiving the motor to conducting load tests, our lift maintenance team worked diligently to ensure the Duncan Express would be ready to welcome skiers and snowboarders from the very first day of the season.
This impressive operation is just a glimpse of the work carried out behind the scenes each year. Inspections, maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic systems, replacement of major components, and equipment upgrades are all part of the essential investments made to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our ski lifts.
