It’s no secret that poutine is a dish all must enjoy in Quebec, summer and winter alike. And in Tremblant, there is no shortage of restaurants to satisfy your cravings. To better guide your choice, we went to try all the poutines in the pedestrian village and the rest of the resort. Here is the complete list of restaurants offering this typical dish in Tremblant.

La Diable Brewpub

A real institution in Tremblant, La Diable brewpub is the place to try 100% natural craft beers brewed on site while enjoying a comforting dish. And who says comfort food says poutine! Try their La Diable poutine with pepper sauce (a classic) or rather their meal poutine with chicken, pulled pork or smoked meat.

Bullseye Saloon & Grill

No matter the time of day or your desire, Bullseye awaits you at the corner of the Rue des Remparts and Place Saint-Bernard. Their menu offers a classic poutine with a choice of 3 toppings: chicken, Italian, or ground beef. We opted for the beef one. A delicious mix of crispy fries and hamburger meat spices!

La Forge Bistro-Bar & Grill

Restaurant and bar on the ground floor and steakhouse on the 2nd floor, La Forge is the place for a gourmet meal with friends in the pedestrian village. 2 poutines are on the menu: the classic poutine and their signature poutine with duck confit and foie gras sauce. We of course took the opportunity to try their signature poutine, and our taste buds were in ecstasy!

Le Shack Resto-Bar

Flagship restaurant in the pedestrian village, Le Shack is the ideal place for your après-ski, watching televised sporting events, and happy hour on their terrace in the center of Place Saint-Bernard, while savoring traditional Quebec dishes. Speaking of traditional dishes, their menu includes 3 poutines: pork, beef, or smoked chicken. We ate the smoked beef one and we were not disappointed!

Fat Mardis

The friendly place par excellence on Place Saint-Bernard! Enjoy their classic poutine appetizer in a friendly and festive environment any time of the year. The perfect portion to satisfy the hunger of those who love the classic taste of poutine.

Axe Lounge Bar

Located in the Fairmont hotel, the Axe Lounge Bar is the ideal place to enjoy light meals or have a personalized cocktail, all in a warm and distinctive atmosphere with a view of the mountain and the pedestrian village. We were served a pulled smoked beef poutine; a delight!

Le P’tit Caribou

Le P’tit Caribou is a nightlife staple in Tremblant! But during the day, they serve excellent signature cocktails and dishes made with local products. Their poutine made with homemade fries and a demi-glace sauce is a must on their menu. Add extra pulled pork, smoked meat, or chicken if you (and your stomach) feel like it. We chose this last topping to enhance our meal!

Le Q.G. Resto-Pub

Le Q.G. resto-pub invites you to enjoy a comforting meal in their chalet-chic atmosphere. Their revisiting local cuisine and their signature cocktail menu will surely get you hooked! Enjoy their classic poutine as an appetizer or opt for the Q.G. poutine as a main course made with crispy breaded fries, house sauce, and shredded duck. We loved it!

BeaverTails

Known for their delicious sweet and decadent pastries, the BeaverTails restaurant and counter also has a savory menu to enjoy on the go. They have also created their own speciality: the Poutail, a poutine on top of a BeaverTail! The pinnacle of Quebec dishes, it is surprisingly delicious. We recommend it!

Lucille’s Oyster Dive

Seafood lovers will be delighted by this poutine! Lucille’s Oyster Dive, which opened its doors in the pedestrian village on February 10, offers you a lobster poutine, a happy and delicious mix between a classic poutine and the ocean. Will you dare to try it?

Le Diable Golf Course

Have you ever eaten at Le Diable golf course? They have a brand new menu with various dishes that all look delicious. In fact, we suggest you try their chicken and bacon poutine… your taste buds will thank you! Try it on their terrace looking on the 18th hole, with friends after a golf round, or even when you’ll be at the resort.

Tremblant’s service counters

Tremblant has 3 service counters, depending on the time of the year, with a choice of meals on the go that will delight everyone. Whether you are in the pedestrian village, on the mountain or at the beach, our food counters offer you a varied and quick menu, including classic poutine, to savor without compromise!

  • Le Grand Manitou at the top of the mountain (open year-round)
  • The Beach Club Snack Bar at the Beach and Tennis Club (open during the summer season only)
  • Chalet des Voyageurs at the foot of the pedestrian village (open in winter only)

Bon appetit!
