Despite the weather conditions of the past few days, our operations team did an excellent job following the mix of precipitations to provide the best possible snow conditions.

The night of February 22 to 23 was not an easy one at the mountain. Rain and sleet damaged the snow conditions and delayed grooming operations. A team was at work Tuesday night to run the chair lifts to de-ice them and minimize the difficulties at the opening of the mountain. The grooming staff was also at work from 2 am Wednesday morning until 8 am Thursday morning, which represents close to 30 hours of continuous grooming. We take this opportunity to thank them greatly for their work!

Fortunately, the snow conditions will improve in the following days with more normal temperatures. To everyone’s delight, snow and sun are on the forecast for the week, and grooming operations will continue as planned. Thanks to the accumulation of snow on Friday, the glades will be able to reopen as of the weekend, in addition to a gradual reopening of several slopes over the next few days.

You’ll therefore be able to enjoy the mountain and its various activities in the most pleasant conditions!
