The warm temperatures we experienced during the holidays prolonged the snowmaking season all the way up to this week. We spent the past two weeks adding an extra layer on some trails to be ready for spring skiing, including on the Beauchemin, P’tit Bonheur, Rope Tow, Traverse, Lowell Thomas, Géant, Duncan and Expo. Ricky from the mountain team is very satisfied with the results: “We are ready for whatever Mother Nature throws our way!”

We are therefore looking forward to opening 100% of our trails for the weekend. The Adrenaline Park is gradually opening today after long efforts from the park team to deliver fun and safe modules for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Whatsmore, the best international mogul athletes have arrived in the village! Practice started today on the Flying Mile in prevision of the Mackenzie World Cup Moguls presented by Toyota that will be held this Saturday, January 25. Come see Olympic medallists Mikaël Kingsbury and Justine Dufour-Lapointe in action and come back Sunday for a photo and autograph session with the champions!
