No one has dethroned Ken Bull yet. During the 2013/14 season, Tremblant’s 75th anniversary, this passionate skier set himself a challenge that was simple in theory, but no small feat: ski every day the mountain was open. He did just that, racking up 152 ski days, a record that still stands today. And while the achievement remains impressive, it’s Ken’s passion for skiing and his deep connection to Tremblant that really tell the story.
From First Chair to the Final Day of the Season
When we caught up with Ken after his achievement in 2014, he had just checked off a long standing item on his bucket list: skiing every single day of a full season at Tremblant. The mountain’s 75th season was the perfect opportunity to take on the challenge. Having retired a few years earlier, Ken could finally dedicate his winter to making it happen. Rain, snow or shine, he was on the hill. When conditions were less than ideal, a few runs were enough to make the day count. More than a decade later, no skier has topped his total of 152 ski days in a single season.
The years have gone by, but Ken Bull is still one of the mountain’s most dedicated skiers. During the 2024/25 season, he logged 120 days on snow, good enough for third place among Tremblant skiers with the most ski days that season. But for Ken, the leaderboard isn’t what matters most. It’s the simple pleasure of skiing run after run and enjoying the conditions he gets to experience season after season.

A Second Family at Tremblant
If you’ve visited Tremblant over the past few years, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Ken Bull on the mountain. Always smiling, saying hello to guests and employees in his unmistakable English accent and spreading good vibes wherever he goes, Ken has become a familiar face at Tremblant.
“Ken is a legend here,” says Patrice Malo, President and Chief Operating Officer of Tremblant. “He knows everyone. He skis, he’s on the mountain every day. He talks to all the employees.“
And in his bright yellow and blue one piece ski suit, he’s pretty hard to miss. Ken, meanwhile, hardly misses anyone. Lift attendants, patrollers, guest services team members, he knows them by name and makes a point of saying hello. To him, everyone who works on the mountain is part of what he calls his Tremblant family. That connection with the mountain spans generations. His children learned to ski here, and his grandchildren have since followed in their tracks, discovering Tremblant’s slopes for themselves.
“See You at the Bottom!”
This is also a love story, in more ways than one. Many of Ken’s ski days are spent alongside Carol, his partner in life. They ride the lift together and, once they reach the top, repeat a little ritual that has become second nature: “See you at the bottom!” After decades of skiing at Tremblant and thousands upon thousands of runs, the joy is still there.
In the end, Ken’s many ski days tell a bigger story. They reflect winters spent on the slopes, generations discovering the mountain, and employees who have become friends along the way. More than a decade after setting a record that still stands, Ken is still here, skis on, surrounded by his big Tremblant family and just as passionate about the mountain as ever.
