Every year, Tremblant transforms for Halloween, inviting young and old alike to celebrate in its pedestrian village. With candy hunts, festive decorations, late-autumn scenery and lively evening events, it’s the perfect opportunity to change your surroundings and make the most of the holiday with a weekend getaway.
A Unique Atmosphere in the Heart of the Laurentians
There’s something special about visiting Tremblant in late October. The last colourful leaves mingle with bare branches, gradually revealing the mountain’s contours and the distinctive landscapes of this transitional season before winter. Throughout the pedestrian village, Halloween decorations add a festive, mysterious touch to the streets and public squares.
The village’s Halloween décor evolves from year to year, with new elements adding to the experience. In 2026, a giant bat makes its debut at Place des Voyageurs. Take a stroll through the village to discover the various decorations and soak up the atmosphere.
It’s also what makes Halloween in Tremblant appealing to all ages. Families will find the perfect setting to celebrate with their children, while couples and groups of friends can enjoy the village, its restaurants and its nightlife. Come for Halloween, and stay for everything that makes Tremblant so special.
Saturday, October 31, 2026: Trick-or-Treating Like No Other
This year, Tremblant’s family Halloween festivities take place on Saturday. Dressed in costume and ready with their candy bags, children can set off to explore the village and enjoy a day full of surprises.
Five candy stations will be set up throughout the pedestrian village, and several participating shops will also be handing out treats starting at 10 a.m. Little monsters can wander the streets, meet other costumed characters and make plenty of sweet stops along the way. Candy is available in limited quantities and will be distributed while supplies last, at the discretion of participating shops. Arriving early is a good idea to make the most of the candy hunt!
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., DJ Bubu will provide the music at Place Saint-Bernard. Families can also enjoy face painting, meet our beloved characters Toufou and Marc-Ambulles, and encounter two roaming entertainers bringing the streets to life. Taking turns, each entertainer will make three appearances between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. There will be plenty of entertainment and surprises to add to the fun!
Against the backdrop of an Alpine-style pedestrian village, trick-or-treating becomes an experience in itself, where young and old alike can stroll, stop along the way and discover surprises around every corner. For parents, it’s also a chance to enjoy an outdoor activity with the kids in a pedestrian-friendly setting, with no vehicle traffic amid the festivities.
