Naomi Urness
Freestyle Skiing
Born and raised in Mont-Tremblant, Naomi Urness has always been passionate about sports. Energetic and curious, she grew up exploring every corner of the region. At just 3 years old, she was already on skis, ready to take on every challenge the mountain could throw her way.

Aurélie Moisan
Alpine Snowboarding
Aurélie was introduced to snowboarding at a young age in Tremblant, riding with her family. At 11, she tried alpine snowboarding on Beauvallon Bas — and it was love at first turn.

Arnaud Gaudet
Alpine Snowboarding
A member of the national alpine snowboard team, Arnaud Gaudet started riding at age 3 on the magic carpet at Tremblant. By 16, he was racing on the World Cup circuit and became the youngest athlete to win a Nor-Am event in alpine snowboarding. Named Male Elite Athlete of the Year at the Laurentians Sports Excellence Gala in 2017, he placed in the top 10 in parallel slalom at the 2018 Junior World Championships in Cardrona, New Zealand.

Valérie Grenier
Alpine Skiing, Giant Slalom
Valérie Grenier has stood out since joining the national team in 2015. A gold and silver medalist at the 2016 Junior World Championships, she broke into the top 30 the following season. In 2018, she placed 6th in the alpine combined at the PyeongChang Games and went on to defend her national giant slalom title. One to watch.

Brittany Phelan
Freestyle Skiing
A member of the Canadian team, Brittany Phelan made her World Cup debut at 17. She first competed in alpine skiing, earning a top 10 in Croatia, before switching to ski cross in 2015. Two years later, she reached her first World Cup podium in Arosa. In 2018, she claimed Olympic silver in PyeongChang.

Hannah Schmidt
Freestyle Skiing
Hannah has been skiing at Tremblant since she was 2 years old. A former athlete with the local club, she now competes in ski cross with the Canadian team. Despite an early-season injury, she earned 6 Nor-Am podiums and finished 3rd overall. She also made her World Cup debut and landed two top-16 finishes in Europe.

Jared Schmidt
Freestyle Skiing
Jared found his passion for skiing at Tremblant, surrounded by family and friends. Trained with the Club élite, he’s now part of the Canadian ski cross team. After competing at the Junior World Championships in 2017, he followed up with 5 Nor-Am wins — until an injury slowed his momentum.

Alexis Guimond
Para Alpine Skiing (Standing)
Alexis Guimond first stepped into skis at age 4, inspired by his older brother. He joined the para-alpine circuit at 9. In 2015, he took gold at the Canada Games, then claimed his first World Cup win in 2017. At the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Games, he earned bronze in giant slalom — the first Canadian in 20 years to reach the podium in his category.
