Trained as an artist-sculptor, Marc-Ambulles has been in Tremblant’s pedestrian village for more than 20 years now and creates magic with his balloon sculptures. You will never have been so seduced by balloons and such a colorful character!
Who is Marc-Ambulles?
Marc-André Gendron, his real name, is from Hull in the Outaouais region and studied visual art and sculpture at the Saint-Jean-Port-Joli school. But it was during his studies at Concordia University that he discovered balloon sculpture through a friend. From here, he deepened his knowledge in the subject by reading books and watching VHA tapes about it. These are the debut of the Marc-Ambulles character!
Marc-Ambulles is a creative and fun character for whom sculpting balloons is a game of shapes and colours. The key to his success at the resort? Passion, generosity, and self-sacrifice make Marc-Ambulles the public entertainer he is and who continues to be every summer at Tremblant. In addition to the balloon sculptures, it is a real spectacle that you will attend. Animations, grimaces, and imitations are part of his repertoire. Be patient, the wait is worth it and your children will come out with a smile with their face, guaranteed!
