Mother Nature answered our prayers and gave us a nice snow fall on Tuesday night through Wednesday morning, for a total of a 30 cm accumulation.

All this new snow allowed us to open a lot of natural snow terrain on the mountain Wednesday morning. So as of today, we have 72 trails open on 3 sides with almost all of our ski lifts in operation, as well as 2 terrain parks. This represents almost 70% of our skiing terrain, and this number will increase in the coming days as we are getting ready to open new trails for the weekend. Plus, thanks to this snowfall, our 15 uphill trails are now open for alpine touring.

Snow making went on until Tuesday, moment when we had to shut down the system because of the milder temperatures. This last production window allowed us to continue to open new trails, and our snow making team also did a resurfacing operation in open trails to ensure great ski conditions. Snow production start back early on Thursday morning with the return of colder weather. On the list of trails in preparation, we plan on opening McCulloch, Kandahar, Promenade and Curé-Deslauriers for the weekend. As for the Edge side, it was closed from January 9 to 12 for maintenance reasons, but will be open as of Saturday to welcome skiers and snowboarders according to the regular schedule and with several trails in this sector.

On the terrain parks side, the Adrénaline park will be in progressive opening as of the weekend with a few modules in the upper section of the Curé-Deslauriers trail. We continue our efforts in the Promenade and lower Curé-Deslauriers trails, and an official opening date of the full snowpark will be communicated in a few days. Follow the Parcs Tremblant Instagram page for updates.

Another snow storm is on the forecast for Saturday morning with strong winds that could affect our operations. We strongly recommend you to refer back to our mountain report before you come to the resort for all the last updates in the situation and to know our opening hours.
