Mountain Ops Feb. 8, 2024: Another Amazing Ski Week

Mother Nature gave us a magnificent week of skiing worthy of spring skiing, with blue skies and milder temperatures.

The week was absolutely amazing with spring-like ski conditions. We hope you had the chance to take advantage of it. Join us for another weekend of skiing at Tremblant, with close to 95% of our skiing domain open on our 4 sides, all of our ski lifts and our 3 terrain parks. The rain on the forecast for Friday could unfortunately affect some of our trails and glades that are already in marginal condiitons, but our teams will work hard to offer the best ski conditions as possible on our open trails. We are crossing our fingers for another snowfall in the next weeks so we can go back to regular winter conditions.

Plus, as the sun sets later everyday, our operation hours are now extended until 4PM as of this Saturday, giving you 30 more minutes to enjoy the conditions. This schedule will continue to extent until the end of the season, you can see the operation hours of our ski lifts on our mountain report at all times.

Weekend’s Events

Red Bull Raid

This Saturday, February 10, Tremblant will be hosting for the very first time the Red Bull Raid. This alpine touring event in 2 segments consists of hiking as fast as possible the Action trail to the top of the Edge peak, followed by a judged freeride run in Haute Tension. Spectators are of course welcome, there will be a zone at the bottom of the slope to cheer on the participants, we invite you all to come and see this. There are also a few spots left in the snowboarding category, you can register online until Friday evening or in person on Saturday morning at the North base.

Protect Our Winters Activation

As part of the Red Bull Raid, Protect Our Winter (POW) will be at the South base to welcome you and talk to you about their various initiatives counter climate change and how you can do your part. Come and see them under their tent all day!
