Winter has finally showed up in the last few days with snow falls and temperatures worthy of the season, giving us great snow conditions on the mountain.

Cold temperatures were also very favourable to snow making, which ended at the beginning of the week. Our snow guns are therefore now closed and our teams are confident of having enough snow to ensure excellent conditions for the rest of the ski season

We have to this date 83 trails open, which corresponds to almost 90% of our skiable terrain. Several trails will also open for the weekend to offer as much terrain as possible to skiers and snowboarders. We unfortunately had to close a few trails today because of the polar temperatures announced, but we are working at opening them back up for the weekend. But the weather forecast announces milder temperatures and some snow for the coming week.

The weather forecast announces very cold temperatures on Friday and Saturday. Therefore, we advise you dress accordingly for this type of weather, adopting the multi-layer system so as not to expose yourself to the increased risk of frostbite. Our shops in the pedestrian village and on the mountain at the Grand Manitou can help you if you need any advice on this matter. We also advise to check our snow conditions, as well as the schedule and opening status of our ski lift before coming to the resort as they might change according to the weather. See our mountain report for all the details.
