On April 22, on an cold and snowy day, the 5th edition of the Grande Corvée in Tremblant took place. An anniversary gift for our planet, in honor of Earth Day.

Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of approximately 80 dedicated volunteers, we were able to collect an impressive total of 1,130 pounds of trash and 202 pounds of recyclable materials, contributing to the beauty and well being of our region.

We are also proud to announce that our partner, TELUS, has generously contributed to this cause by offering $5,000 in donations. This money will be used to support our reforestation and conservation efforts, continuing to plant trees in our local forests, in line with our “1 hire = 1 tree” project.

Since 2022, the Grande Corvée has become an annual tradition in Tremblant, mobilizing more than 350 volunteers to date and collecting nearly 6,000 pounds of waste. This event is more than just a cleanup activity; it is an opportunity for all of us to raise public awareness of the environmental issues that directly affect us.

We would like to thank all the volunteers who participated in this edition of the Grande Corvée, as well as our partner TELUS for their continued generosity. Together, we have shown that every gesture counts in the preservation of our beautiful region, and we look forward to seeing you next year for a new, even more successful edition!
