For the 18th time, SKI Magazine readers have placed Tremblant at the top of their list of favorite ski villages in the East, in both Canada and across the USA. Here are a few reasons why we were voted top winter destination by resort vacationers.
The Biggest Skiable Terrain in the Eastern Canada
Tremblant offers 662 skiable acres across 4 mountain faces. We’ve got a huge playground with 96 trails and 3 terrain parks to suit every taste and caliber, with over one thousand snow guns to keep it all frosty. Plus with the Info-Ski guide service, discover the mountain’s best-kept secrets and receive precious tips on just about everything, from dining to personalized activities.

Everything can Be Reached on Foot!
Once that car is parked, restaurants, boutiques, cinema, a Casino and the lifts are all within walking distance from hotels. Just a few steps away, feel the charm of a village with a European flair, with thirty or so specialty boutiques where you can find it all: sporting goods, prêt-à-porter apparel, jewelry, furs, artwork, toys and specialty foods. At the heart of the village you can also enjoy our free events and lively outdoor shows.
Poutine, Foie Gras and… Kale!
Our gourmand village brims with specialties from around the globe, from Swiss fondue and crêpes bretonnes to pasta, pad thaï, burgers and Creole classics from the Bayou. But you really haven’t experienced Tremblant cuisine if you haven’t tasted the traditional poutine, maple taffy on snow, our local micro-brews or the vitamin-rich beverages served up at Marie-Claude’s Juice Bar.

Après Skis that Stretch Late into the Night
Come evening, the slope-side village is ablaze: illuminated tubing hill and skating rink, public squares aglow with outdoor fireplaces, kitchens where signature dishes are simmered and flambéd, moody lounges and bars where guests can dance the night away.

More Accessible than Ever
In under 65 minutes, travelers on direct flights with Porter Airlines from Toronto (Billy Bishop) land at Mont-Tremblant International Airport, while Air Canada offers non-stop flights from Toronto (Pearson) to Tremblant as well as connecting flights through New York (La Guardia). The moment the plane lands, the contrasts are startling: the wooden terminal reminds guests of “a faraway cabin in Canada”, while the welcome is as warm as the ambiance within. With one terminal, big city airport delays are nonexistent. And the exchange rate is a huge bonus for our American neighbors!
