We have a lodging reservation, but we don’t live at the same address, can we come?
Only the occupants of the same household can be in a unit of a tourist accommodation establishment. Tremblant will not make any changes to reservations without guest request. We ask our guests to cooperate and follow recommended health measures.

Are you going to cancel my lodging reservation?
Your reservation can be canceled according to the terms of your reservation, which are now more flexible in the context of the pandemic. We do not make any cancellations without a request from the guest.

I am from another province. Can I come to Tremblant?
Travel between regions and cities is not recommended. The health measures in effect at Tremblant apply to everyone, regardless of where you live (Quebec, Ontario or others). Please make sure you follow them.

Do we risk a fine if we stay in the same unit with people who don’t live at the same address?
We invite you to verify with the appropriate authorities.

Can we carpool to come to Tremblant?
We invite you to verify with the appropriate authorities.

Tremblant open in red zone

Starting Monday, December 14th, Tremblant is a Level 4 – red zone. In accordance with Public Health recommendations, some changes have been made to our operation plan. Here are the highlights:

ON THE MOUNTAIN

All skiable terrain will remain open.

The boarding of the lifts has changed following recent announcements:
  • 1 lift (quadruple chair and gondola) = guests from the same household OR 2 single people seating at each end of the chair

The ski chalets will be used as warm-up areas with restricted period of use.

    • No food will be allowed inside.
    • Restaurant services will be closed.
    • All personal effects must remain in your vehicle, no bags can be left inside.
    • The washrooms will remain accessible.

IN THE VILLAGE AND ITS SURROUNDINGS

All these changes will be applicable until further notice, according to Public Health recommendations. These apply to everyone, regardless of where you live (Quebec, Ontario or elsewhere).

We thank you for your loyalty and understanding during these unprecedented times. We are counting on you to comply with all health measures.

Looking forward to seeing you on the slopes.
