Laurent Louis

Laurent Louis is an experienced restauranteur in Tremblant, since he is already the owner of the popular gourmet shop Oh La Vache! This December, he will open a new concept with his own name on the door. Both bakery and bistro, the Laurent Louis will serve dishes to eat in or take away such as: breads, breakfasts, pastries, cheeses, meats, soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts, coffee, beer, and wine. A new spot to discover at lunch time or after skiing!

St-Hub-montage restaurants

Rôtisserie Express

Since 1951, St-Hubert has been an institution in Quebec known for its spit-roasted chicken. Since last October, we can now enjoy the new Rôtisserie Express in Tremblant! This addition is a good new option for families or groups of friends looking for a quick quality meal. The menu is available for delivery or to enjoy in the dining room, where you can access a soft drinks station with coffee and the delightful St-Hubert BBQ sauce. Prepared meals are also available: chicken pot pies, desserts, soups…
